Plain conditions for a site that publishes engineering figures. Last updated July 2026.
The figures on this site
Every performance number published here comes from a first-principles simulation of one fired heater, driven through a synthetic operating history. It is not measured performance at an operating plant, and we say so wherever a figure appears.
Savings, efficiency gains and emissions figures are modelled outcomes under stated assumptions about fuel price, carbon price and operating hours. They are not a forecast of what your unit will return, and nothing here is a warranty or a guarantee of result.
Do not use anything on this site as the basis for a change to an operating plant. Recommendations produced by our software are advisory, are bounded by modelled limits, and require the judgement of a qualified engineer and your own safety procedures before anyone touches a setpoint.
Using the content
You are welcome to read, quote and share what is published here, including in internal reports and academic work, provided you attribute it to Twin Process AI and keep the accompanying caveat about the figures being simulated. Quoting a number without its caveat misrepresents it.
You may not present this material as your own, or use our name or content to imply that we endorse a product or organisation.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of what is published here.
Found something wrong? Tell us at contact@twinprocessai.com and we will fix it or explain why we think it is right.
