What we collect, and what we do with it.

We receive your name, email address, and whatever you type into the company, unit type and message fields. It arrives as an email in our inbox and is used to reply to you.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not pass it to any third party beyond the email provider that delivers the message to us. If you send us plant data as part of a conversation, we treat it as confidential and will sign an NDA before you send anything you would rather was covered by one.

Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, no questions asked. Write to contact@twinprocessai.com.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages get read and whether the site is fast. Both are aggregate and neither sets a cookie or builds a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party tracker of any kind. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs including IP addresses in the ordinary course of serving pages. Email sent from the contact form is delivered through a transactional email provider.

If we ever add anything that tracks you, this page changes first and a cookie banner appears with it.
