Bring us a unit and its historian.

We are pre-pilot and looking for a first unit to calibrate against. That means you get the work done properly and we get a model that has met a real plant. Both sides win, and we are not pretending otherwise.

What we need

A 90-day tag export from your DCS, IP21 or LIMS for one unit, such as a fired heater or a distillation column. Hourly is plenty. A P&ID and the equipment datasheets let us check every instrument and build the model properly.

What we do

We validate the tags, reconcile the heat and material balance until it closes, build the simulation against your unit and run the optimiser over the whole history. Recommendations are re-solved in the rigorous model before you see them.

What you get back

A closed mass and energy balance, a confidence score for every tag, the hours where a better operating move was available and what each was worth, and an honest list of where our model and your plant disagree.
