Bring us a heater and its historian.

We are pre-pilot and looking for a first unit to calibrate against. That means you get the work done properly and we get a model that has met a real plant. Both sides win, and we are not pretending otherwise.

What we need

A tag export covering 90 days: feed rate, inlet and outlet temperature, stack O2, stack temperature, fuel flow and a fuel gas analysis if you have one. Hourly is plenty. A drawing or datasheet for the heater helps us build the geometry.

What we do

We build the twin against your unit, close the energy balance, and run the optimiser over the whole history. Then we re-solve a sample of the recommendations in the rigorous model so you see delivered value rather than predicted value.

What you get back

The hours where a move was available and what each was worth, the fouling and excess-air trends inferred from your tags, and an honest list of where our model and your plant disagree. That last part is the most useful and the least comfortable.
